About the Company: Andre and Jasmin
A & J Training & Assessing Pty Ltd originally sprung its roots in 2010 and transformed from a part-time venture into a booming company business.
Andre
Founder and General Manager of A & J Training & Assessing, Andre has been heavily involved within the crane industry throughout WA as well as QLD and NT. He was a serving member on the Crane Association of WA in 2008, 2009 and 2010, holding a committee seat in 2009 and 2010.Andre’s experience in cranes spans back a decade, in that time working his way up from a dogman through to open operator and then to crane supervision and management. He was formerly employed as Operations Manager at MAP Crane Hire and as Crane/Heavy Lift Supervisor at Boom Logistics.
Andre has worked in marine, deconstruction/reconstruction, mining commercial and industrial sectors.
Andre’s broad experience and commitment to workplace quality and safety places him in a unique position as a WorkSafe endorsed High Risk Trainer. He comprehensively and clearly passes on current industry standards and practices to all who participate in his courses. If you are seeking the guidance of an expert, look no further.
Jasmin
Co-founder and Company Liaison, Jasmin keeps the wheels turning from within. She coordinates and manages training from the office to ensure that everything runs smoothly. If you have any questions or need administrative support she is the lady to contact. Her communication and organisational acumen make her the best in the business.Social media

If you need us to come to you, we’ll be there. If you have a group that needs training, book them in. We specialise in weekend courses and offer flexible schedules for regional and FIFO workers. We are happy to work around your needs.
As part of our service we can include Verification of Competency (VOC). Our thorough education process will provide you with the ability and confidence to do the job required. You will learn how to operate in a safe and legal way in accordance with current standards, minimising risk with optimum performance.
