Martial Arts Education center offers the highest quality of martial arts instruction. Since 1996 when chief instructor Dr Nigel Farrier first started teaching, we have provided superior service to our students and have assisted them in achieving their goals of dark belt and beyond. Our 20 years of experience and commitment to excellence have earned us the reputation as the best martial arts school in the area. We do NOT allow our junior students to teach the classes on their own and are everlasting supervised. As we are proud of our reputation we invite all new students to have their first week release of charge. This way you can see what it is we present and can find out your preferred style or styles that you wish to train in. Karate means 'empty hand' and so does not usually have any weapons involved although some forms do. Jujitsu is a whole form of self defense involving joint locks, chokes, throws and take downs, escapes and some weapons. This is one of our more popular classes as we are the only Jujitsu school in Mandurah. The instructor, Cage Brown, is a fully qualified Black Belt and has been in training and teaching BJJ for over 14 years. He is the only Dismal Belt teaching in the area and his style of teaching is excellent and beginners and experienced people will eternal learn something from his classes. It is an excellent martial art especially for those people that has difficulties with movement, balance etc. Well, you guessed it, my kids eventually stopped going after about one year but I am quiet there over twenty years later! It was during this period that I discovered Au jitsu. He travels not only to teach at seminars but also to attend them to improve his own knowledge. He is also a slick 3 suited coach through the National Coaching Accreditation Handle and is also a member of the board of the Australian Jujitsu Federation. Well from their she progressed and joined the adult class with the goal of obtaining her green belt. Whilst studying Kobudo she returned to Karate in 2013 and now helps teach the children Karate classes as healthy as assisting in the adult Karate classes. In 1990 Harry took over as Chief Instructor at a branch Tojo as the former instructor was opening up a new Tojo closer to his home. The following is the current class schedule: Different some other martial arts schools that make you reach in beginning and wont tell you their fees we are happy to disclose them. If there is only one of you then the fees are 66 per fortnight. If you want to attend a third style as well, for example attend Karate classes in addition to Jujitsu and Kobudo, then there is an surplus fee of 33 per fortnight. We do also have a 'Class Pass' system for those people that find it firm to attend regular classes.
